Senior ERP Support Engineer


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the existing Implementation Team
  • Help customers with their use of Odoo Business Apps
  • Solve functional problems by investigating
  • Ensure customers' satisfaction and improve customers’ experience
  • Contribute to the improvement of the product
  • Analyse the customer needs and suggest solutions
  • Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to go-live
  • Make the customer an Odoo Champion through training
  • Support the sales team during pre-sale

Job Specification

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Business/ ERP Application
  • Good knowledge of different business processes and domains would be an added advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Affinity with the IT world
  • Experienced in management software implementation
  • Master in the product demonstration
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
