Senior ERP Support Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the existing Implementation Team
- Help customers with their use of Odoo Business Apps
- Solve functional problems by investigating
- Ensure customers' satisfaction and improve customers’ experience
- Contribute to the improvement of the product
- Analyse the customer needs and suggest solutions
- Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to go-live
- Make the customer an Odoo Champion through training

Support the sales team during pre-sale
Job Specification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Business/ ERP Application
- Good knowledge of different business processes and domains would be an added advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Affinity with the IT world
- Experienced in management software implementation
- Master in the product demonstration
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
