Senior Implementation and Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Help customers with their use of Odoo Business Apps.
- Solve functional problems by investigating.
- Ensure customers' satisfaction and improve customers’ experience.
- Contribute to the improvement of the existing product.
- Analyse the customer needs and suggest solutions.
- Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to go-live.
- Make the customer an Odoo Champion through training.
- Support the sales team during pre-sale.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Business/ ERP Application.
- Good knowledge of different business processes and domains would be an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Affinity with the IT world.
- Master in the product demonstration.
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
