Senior Implementation and Support Engineer 


Responsibilities:

  • Help customers with their use of Odoo Business Apps.
  • Solve functional problems by investigating.
  • Ensure customers' satisfaction and improve customers’ experience.
  • Contribute to the improvement of the existing product.
  • Analyse the customer needs and suggest solutions.
  • Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to go-live.
  • Make the customer an Odoo Champion through training.
  • Support the sales team during pre-sale.



Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Business/ ERP Application.
  • Good knowledge of different business processes and domains would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Affinity with the IT world.
  • Master in the product demonstration.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
